Road Freight

Regular full-load and groupage routes to Europe; intermodal and transit solutions to the CIS, the Balkans and the Middle East.

Road freight is the backbone of Turkey's trade with Europe and its neighbouring markets. Limit Trans provides full-load (FTL) and part-load (LTL) transport to many European countries, and organises intermodal and transit shipments to the CIS countries, the Balkans and the Middle East.

We provide an express van service for urgent and small-volume shipments, and accelerated customs solutions under the ETGB scheme for e-commerce exports. For combined use with air cargo, management of the airline road feeder network (RFS) sits with the same team.

Frequently asked questions

What is the transit time for groupage shipments?
Usually 5–8 business days to the main European hubs; 2–4 days for a full load. Customs and seasonal congestion can affect the timing.
What is ETGB?
The Electronic Commerce Customs Declaration (Elektronik Ticaret Gümrük Beyannamesi): a simplified customs procedure for e-export consignments within set value and weight limits. It saves time and cost on micro-exports.
Can dangerous goods be carried by road?
Yes, with vehicles, drivers and documentation compliant with ADR regulations. Share the UN number of the goods and we will plan the appropriate vehicle.
