Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), your personal data is processed by Limittrans Lojistik ve Taşımacılık Limited Şirketi ("Limit Trans") in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below. Personal data we process

Through the contact, quote and career forms on our website we process the name, company name, email address, telephone number, message content and cargo and shipment details you share with us and, for career applications, the information in your CV. Cookie data relating to your use of the site may also be processed as described in our Cookie Policy.

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating and responding to your enquiries and applications, preparing quotes, concluding and performing service contracts, carrying out operational communication, evaluating career applications, fulfilling legal obligations and measuring website performance.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK (and the corresponding provisions of Article 6 of the GDPR, where applicable): processing that is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, processing necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation, and processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfers

To the extent necessary for the performance of the service, your personal data may be transferred to airlines, shipping lines, carriers, customs brokers, overseas partner agents, information technology and form infrastructure providers, and authorised public institutions and bodies, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Method of collection

Your data is collected in electronic and physical form through website forms, email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result arising against you from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
