Frequently asked questions

How are air freight charges calculated?

The greater of the gross weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm / 6000) is taken as the "chargeable weight". Share the dimensions and weights at the quotation stage and we will give you an exact figure.

Can shipments containing dangerous goods be carried?

Yes. Most classes can be carried with packaging, labelling and a Shipper's Declaration compliant with IATA DGR; some substances fly on freighter aircraft only (CAO). Share the cargo details and we will check eligibility for you.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

Within the same business day for standard shipments; within 24 hours for special cargo or charter requests.

Can I track my shipment?

Booking confirmation, loading and arrival notifications are sent automatically; you can also track the shipment on the airline's tracking system using the AWB number.
